Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (7-15 Business Days): Free for orders over $59. For orders under $59, a flat rate of $4.99 applies.
• Expedited Shipping (3-7 Business Days): $9.99 (calculated at checkout).

Delivery estimates are provided in business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse, not from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
