30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@oneeasyshop.com with your order number. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
